Software shaped by a working salon
EfySalon began as the system behind a real multi-branch salon business. Every part of it was designed around how that salon's front desk, stylists, managers and owners actually spend their day.

Why we built it
Salons run on details: who prefers which stylist, which customer is allergic to what, how much is left on a package, what each stylist has earned this week. Most of those details used to live in notebooks, spreadsheets and people's memories, which works until the salon gets busy or opens a second branch.
EfySalon puts those details in one place, shared by everyone who needs them and protected from those who don't. It handles the everyday work, from bookings and billing to follow-ups, packages and incentives, and gives owners a clear view of the business for any day, week, month or year.
It grew one requirement at a time, out of real problems: discounts that crept up, incentives argued over at month end, customers who quietly stopped coming. Those problems are common to salons everywhere, which is why EfySalon is now available to other salon businesses.
What we hold to
Start from the front desk
The busiest person in a salon is at the counter. If something takes them an extra minute, it's our problem to fix, not theirs to work around.
Rules that hold
A limit set by the owner should hold on a busy Saturday. Discount caps, bill numbers, closed incentive months and the audit log exist so the numbers can be trusted.
History is kept, not rewritten
Nothing important is ever deleted. Bills keep the prices they were charged at, and packages keep the terms they were sold on.
Plain words
Screens, messages and guides are written in the language a salon uses, not the language software is built in.
