Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to the EfySalon salon management software ("the software"), provided by EfySalon ("EfySalon", "we"). A salon's subscription may also be covered by a separate agreement or order; where it is, that agreement takes priority.

This website

The information on this website describes EfySalon in good faith. Product screens shown here are illustrations with sample data. Features depend on the plan a salon chooses; see Pricing for what each plan includes.

Accounts

The EfySalon team sets up each salon's workspace and its first Owner login. The salon then creates logins for its own staff and is responsible for who has access, for keeping passwords private and for disabling logins when someone leaves.

Free trial

New salons can try EfySalon free for 30 days. The plan included and what happens when the trial ends are agreed with you before the trial starts.

Your data

Information a salon enters into the software belongs to the salon. The salon is responsible for having the right to record it, including its customers' agreement to receive messages. We use it only to provide the software, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the software to break the law, to send messages people haven't agreed to receive, or to try to reach information you aren't permitted to see.

Third-party services

Some features rely on services run by others, such as WhatsApp, SMS providers, payment providers and attendance devices. Their own terms apply to them, and their availability is outside our control.

Changes
