EfySalon is salon management software. It covers appointments and walk-ins, billing with GST invoices, customer profiles and follow-ups, packages and loyalty points, staff logins, incentives, attendance, retail stock and reports, for one branch or many.

Hair and unisex salons, beauty salons and parlours, barbershops, spas and wellness businesses, and salon chains or franchises. EfySalon books people (stylists, therapists, barbers) rather than rooms or beds, so if you need to schedule rooms as separate resources, talk to us first.

Not yet. Appointments are booked by your front desk, either ahead of time or as walk-ins. Customers do receive feedback links they can answer on their phone, and on Premium they get appointment reminders on WhatsApp.

No. EfySalon runs in a web browser, so your team signs in from the salon's computer with nothing to install.

Yes. Switch on GST, enter your GSTIN and default rate, and every bill, package sale and product sale records its GST. Receipts become tax invoices, a branch can have its own GSTIN, and a GST report is available.

Yes. There are five roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, Reception and Stylist. Front desk and managers work within their own branch, and stylists see only their own appointments, customers and earnings.

You set targets and rates for each day, week and month, plus incentives on package and product sales. EfySalon works out each stylist's earnings from every bill and records what you've paid. A closed month keeps the rates it was paid at. Incentives are on Pro and Premium.

EfySalon reads punches from ZKTeco and eSSL biometric devices that support ADMS push. Attendance is on Pro and Premium.

Yes. Pro covers up to 3 branches and Premium has no limit. Owners can view one branch or all of them together, a manager can run several branches, and each branch keeps its own bill numbers, stock and services.

That's your choice. By default a package can be used only at the branch where it was bought; you can switch that off so packages work at every branch.

On Pro and Premium you can import customers, services, products and staff from a spreadsheet. EfySalon checks every row before anything is saved and skips anything already on file. Packages your customers bought before the switch can be carried over with their remaining balance.
